Catalog Ordering
The VitaminsOfTheMonth.com catalog has a handy ordering page for customers that choose to mail in their orders with a check or money order. Simply fill out the form, enclose your check or money order, and mail to the address shown. For customers choosing to pay by check or money order using the autoship option, a 2-month advance payment must be made on Quarterly and Bi-monthly purchases and a 3-month advance payment must be made on Monthly purchases in order to take advantage of the cost savings.

One Time Purchase
Customers may purchase products on a one time basis. Product will be shipped to the customer one time and customer will pay a price discounted from the Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price (MSRP), usually an 18% discount, plus Shipping & Handling charges. No future product will be shipped out and customer will not be billed again until another order is placed.
Bi-Monthly Purchase
Products purchased with the Bi-Monthly option selected will be delivered to the customer every other month. Customer will be billed for product at a savings even greater than the Quarterly Purchase price, usually a 25% discount from the MSRP, plus Shipping & Handling charges. Customer’s account will be billed automatically at the time of shipment. VitaminsOfTheMonth.com members using the Bi-Monthly Purchase Plan have the option of canceling their supplement subscription anytime after their second order has completed. Customers wishing to end their subscription prior to their second order being completed are required to pay the difference between the Bi-Monthly Purchase Plan price and the full Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price on the first order of product they received, purchased on the Bi-Monthly Purchase Plan.
Monthly Purchase
Products purchased with the Monthly option selected will be delivered to the customer every month. Customer will be billed for product at a savings even greater than the Bi-Monthly Purchase price, usually a 29% discount from the MSRP, plus Shipping & Handling charges. Customer’s account will be billed automatically at the time of shipment. VitaminsOfTheMonth.com members using the Monthly Purchase Plan have the option of canceling their supplement subscription anytime after their third order has completed. Customers wishing to end their subscription prior to their third order being completed are required to pay the difference between the Monthly Purchase Plan price and the full Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price on any previous orders of product they received, purchased on the Monthly Purchase Plan.

Vitamins Of The Month products are sold at discounted prices everyday, but occasionally we lower the one time purchase rate of certain products so that single purchase consumers have the opportunity of even greater savings, and also to encourage our members to try products they may be interested in but have not yet tried. Customers can save even more when they purchase 2 of the same item and receive the 3rd item for free. Purchase price is determined based on the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) per unit.

Alternate Ship to Address: If you wish to ship product to multiple addresses, such as for gift purchases, you must place a new order for each individual Ship To Address, as only one (1) Ship To Address is available per order. Incorrect or Damaged Products
If you receive product that is different from what you ordered or was damaged in transit, you may return the product unopened. Vitamins Of The Month will send out the correct/undamaged product upon receiving your returned items. Please provide us with the reason for the product return so we can amend the situation in a timely manner. Products that have been opened may not be returned under these circumstances. Please do not open product that you did not order. If the safety seal is broken we cannot accept return of product.
Refused Orders
Because we pride ourselves in keeping our prices low, it is necessary for us to charge a 10% restocking fee to customers refusing delivery of an order.
Out of Stock
It is very rare that we are out of product stock. However, if we are out of the product you are ordering, the order will be held until the product is available, and you will not be billed until the time of product shipment. If other products have been ordered, we will promptly ship the remainder of your order.
